Founded in 2011, the London Photo Festival was set up by Emma Mapp and Kit Shah to give fellow new and emerging photographers an affordable way to display their art. We are delighted to announce our partnership with English Heritage to bring you another outdoor exhibition collaboration.
Marble Hill House is a Georgian historic house built by Henrietta Howard as an escape from London life. As part of the £8million project, Marble Hill House reopened to the public in early Spring after being closed for an extensive refurbishment. Improvement of the surrounding parkland, renovation of the cafe and revitalisation of the sports facilities have also been a part of the National Lottery Heritage Fund and English Heritage project entitled Marble Hill Revived.
The18th century neo-Palladian villa and landscape has been sympathetically restored and revived to its former glory. We invite photographers to submit their images of their definition of ‘revived'. The winning images will be exhibited in the grounds of Marble Hill House from September 2022.
With thanks to English Heritage and Marble Hill House for their continued support.
